Through participatory ocean excursions, OAS:
· Reaches out to underprivileged children and disabled
persons in an effort to bring a new awareness of marine life.
· Provides specialized dive training and certification to
disabled persons.
· Provides a magnificent outdoor setting in the Pacific Ocean
in which children and disabled persons can explore the
natural marine world and discover the magic of learning.
· Offers a stimulating environment where children and
disabled persons can achieve an education that would not
otherwise be available to them.
· Introduces participants to potential employment
opportunities in the marine world.
· Gives children and disabled persons opportunities to
experiment, play and use their senses to sample local
marine life.

In addition to putting children on boats
and taking them out to see the local
marine life, we intend to supplement
this face-to-face exploration with
educational and informational
programs.
With the help of marine biologist we
intend to offer lectures on:
Fish identification
Hazardous fish
Marine Endangered species
