Captain Ralph Livingston, CPA, CEO
Ralph, in addition to being a certified public accountant, and
therefore capable of providing the organization a solid business
future, Ralph is also a US Coast Guard (50 Ton) Master class
Captain. The requirements for this Merchant Marine Officer’s
license include passing a rigorous exam and substantiating at
least 360 days at sea. Ralph has been an active diver since 1988
with over 500 logged dives and holds related certifications in the
following:

·        SSI Dive Control Specialist (Dive Master)
·        SSI Master Diver
·        SSI Advanced Open Water (deep, wreck, night/limited              
visibility & navigation)
·        PADI Open Water (1988)
·        ANDI Nitrox (mixed gases)
·        DAN Oxygen Administration
·        SSI First Aid
·        PADI CPR/Medic
·        SSI Stress & Rescue diver

Martin Livingston
Marty has over 50 years of boating experience. He and his wife
have ventured out on there own from Marina Del Rey, California
south, through the Panama Canal and up the Atlantic to Vermont.
Marty is retired and enjoys “Log Races” (a test of navigational
accuracy) in which he has taken home many titles.


In additional there are two other members of the Board of
Directors of OAS:


Steve Wasserman, an Information Technology specialist, boat
owner and operator. Steve is also a certified diver, and although
he is not a professional boat mechanic, Steve certainly has a
natural instinct for it.




And, Steve Hull a newly certified diver with an incredible amount
of enthusiasm to give to the organization. Steve is currently
pursuing his goal of increasing his knowledge of our aquatic
environment.
